CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Officials with Carowinds confirmed earlier this week that Fury 325 was closed for maintenance.
Carowinds said crews “identified an issue with a ride foundation” during a routine inspection on July 7. Carowinds then took the coaster out of service, notified state regulators, and began repairs.
