WAXHAW, N.C. – Waxhaw Police have arrested a man for his role in the death of a 33-year-old man.
After responding to a call about an unresponsive man at a Cassidy Drive home, Waxhaw Police found Andrew Rivera, who would be pronounced dead at the scene. His cause of death was determined to be the result of a fentanyl overdose.
Taylor Yates, 34, was arrested for distribution of the fentanyl, leading to Rivera’s death, a felony offense in the state of North Carolina…
