CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is set to welcome students and families at its back-to-school celebration this weekend.
District Superintendent Dr. Crystal Hill will not be in attendance. She has been on paid leave pending an investigation for more than six weeks.
