A man in North Carolina is accused of punching a woman walking on the sidewalk and commanding, “Don’t wave to me” before running away.
Di-Quan Schafar Hunt, 32, will be charged with assault with a deadly weapon, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department announced on Thursday. Following his arrest, he was brought to a “local medical facility for treatment” before being transferred to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
