A growing chain known for chicken fingers and more is planning new locations in the Columbia area and else where in South Carolina.
Huey Magoo’s, which has restaurants across 13 states, said in a Wednesday release that it is planning six restaurants “across York, Richland, and Lexington counties.” The locations will be opened by franchisees Grant McDowell and Jeremy Press, along with operating partner Jason Twitty, the release said.
The franchisees will bring Huey Magoo’s locations to Rock Hill, Fort Mill and the Columbia area, the release noted, with the first location planned in spring 2027 in Rock Hill. The second location is “targeted near the University of South Carolina in Columbia,” the release said. Exact addresses of the planned locations were not announced…
