HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Huntersville Police are sharing photos of the vehicle believed to be connected to an alleged shooting into an occupied home in August.
The incident occurred around 11:57 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19. Officers received a report of gunfire in the 15000 block of Seafield Lane.
Someone inside a vehicle, believed to be a second-generation Jeep Compass Latitude (2017-2021), was seen discharging several rounds into a home with people inside. No one was injured during the shooting, and the vehicle fled the scene immediately after.
Residents in the Stone Hollow subdivision and surrounding areas were asked to review security footage, doorbell, or dashcam footage between 11:40 p.m. and midnight to see if it captured the shooting…
