Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is facing another major leadership shakeup, with three members of Superintendent Dr. Crystal Hill’s cabinet announcing their departures shortly after Hill returned to the district following her suspension, all of which were first reported by WBT Radio when they initially happened.
Deputy Superintendent Melissa Balknight and Chief Financial Officer Kelly Kluttz are retiring, while Chief Human Resources Officer Angela Wood resigned from CMS earlier this summer.
