CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Inside Linda Brown’s home, the mud-soaked magazines and furniture still in disarray feel frozen in time.
The clock feels like it stopped on Sept. 27 two years ago, when floodwaters rushed through the Catawba River dam system and overwhelmed the community along Lake and Riverside drives in northwest Charlotte.
