CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A flood advisory was in effect Tuesday afternoon for Anson and Richmond counties in North Carolina.
The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory for the two Charlotte-area counties on Tuesday, Sept. 22 due to “excessive rainfall” in the forecast. The advisory was issued at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, and was expected to last until 8:30 p.m.
