The redevelopment of a historic movie theater in Charlotte’s Eastover neighborhood into housing may begin this year.
Developers of The Manor, a mixed-use project at the former Manor Theatre complex at 609 Providence Road, filed a land development construction plan permit with the city of Charlotte Monday, according to city records. These permits typically signal the start of grading and construction.
