CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Erasto Pastrana Suastegui, of Concord, bought a $5 scratch-off and won a $250,000 prize.
Suastegui bought his winning 20X The Cash ticket from Sam’s Mart on N.C. 49 South in Harrisburg.

He claimed his prize at lottery headquarters Monday.
After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $178,751.
