CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – An affordable housing project months in the making will soon open its doors to residents. Nonprofit group Heal Charlotte will cut the ribbon on the building, formerly the Baymont Inn along the Sugar Creek Corridor near I-85. It has been renovated and will provide families with an affordable place to live.
