Heal Charlotte opens new center to help homeless community

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The doors are open at a new facility helping those who are experiencing homelessness get ahead. The nonprofit Heal Charlotte celebrated the Heal Charlotte Community Campus ribbon cutting on Tuesday. It’s a newly renovated motel in the Sugar Creek area. The campus can serve 100 families with housing support, fresh food, job opportunities and so much more.
