KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (WBTV) – The Kannapolis Police Department added a very important staff member!. Meet Millie, the department’s registered therapy dog. The dog was donated by Taylor Wise, owner of Dunkin Doodles in Waxhaw, after April’s tragic Charlotte event when four law enforcement officers were killed during an ambush.
