CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A First Alert is in place for Thursday due to expected rain and storms. Many places around the Charlotte area and in the mountains could see some showers pass through during the morning hours before giving way to cloudy skies and eventually potential for heavier rain and storms during the afternoon and evening.
