BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) – Starting October first, travelers will be able to fly straight from Altoona to Charlotte, North Carolina. The Altoona-Blair County Airport is launching a direct route to the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport next month. With this new direct flight, travelers can skip the traffic and tolls.
