CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – After a couple rainy, dreary days, the forecast will slowly but surely improve toward the end of the week. The coastal low that moved into the area Monday, which remained and unnamed system, will continue to impact our weather over the next couple of days as it continues to spin over the Carolinas.
