CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police have arrested and charged a fourth man in connection to a fatal drive-by shooting in northwest Charlotte that killed a three-year-old boy in 2021. Datonio Stephens, 25, was located and arrested on Friday, September 20th. He has been charged with murder, eight counts of attempted murder, nine counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to commit murder.
