GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – ECU beat U.T. San Antonio 30-20 in a thrilling win to open conference play in the American Athletic Conference (AAC). UTSA had the ball down 27-20 with just over two minutes remaining in the 4th quarter but wasn’t able to do anything with it as the Pirates defense (which had two 2nd half interceptions as well) forced an incompletion on 4th down.
