HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A North Carolina man is behind bars in Horry County after police say he hit a victim with his car after an argument earlier this year. Records show 27-year-old Malik Green, of Charlotte, was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center by the US Marshals on Thursday.
