Arrests made following undercover narcotics investigation in Lincoln County

LINCOLNTON, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Two arrests were made following an undercover operation in Lincoln County.

Officers with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office’s Narcotics Division executed a search warrant on Monday, October 21 at a home on Green Street in Lincolnton.

During the search, investigators seized one and a half lbs of methamphetamine, 13 grams of fentanyl, and several firearms including five handguns, one shotgun, an AR-style rifle and a sawed-off shotgun. Two of the handguns were reported stolen.

Officials say, the occupants of the residence, Eric Shawn Green and Kendall Kay Armstrong, are both convicted felons. Both were arrested and charged with the following:

  • Two counts of Level 3 trafficking methamphetamine by possession
  • Two counts of trafficking fentanyl by possession
  • Two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine
  • Two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver fentanyl
  • Two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon
  • Two counts of possession of a stolen firearm
  • Two counts of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance
