LANCASTER, S.C. – A WCNC Charlotte viewer caught a moment they felt deserved recognition on Sunday. A Food Lion employee in Lancaster, South Carolina, spotted a car starting to fill with smoke in the parking lot around 2:45 p.m. The WCNC Charlotte viewer said all the doors were reportedly locked.
