All clear given after bomb threat made against Gaston County middle school: GCPD

LOWELL, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — No evidence of a bomb was found after a threat was made against a local school, Gaston County Police say.

Just before 4 p.m. on Thurs, Nov. 14, a threat was made against Holbrook Middle School. Lowell and Gaston County police searched the campus, but they did not find a bomb.

The ‘all clear’ has been given, and students have been released from the lockdown. The investigation into the threat will be handled by Lowell Police.
