The Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center will break ground in Cabarrus County on November 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event will take place at 1000 Progress Place in Concord. The new center is part of efforts to expand access to mental health services in the community and address the increasing need for behavioral health care, according to the Cabarrus County.
