Three people hurt in early-morning southeast Charlotte shooting: Medic

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Three people are injured after a shooting in southeast Charlotte early Sunday morning, according to Medic.

Around 5:30 a.m., authorities responded to the 3700 block of Monroe Road. It is unclear the severity of their injuries, but Medic said three people were taken to a local hospital.

Police have not said if anyone is in custody or what led to the shooting.
