Elderly woman drugged, raped at residential care facility in south Charlotte: CMPD report

CHARLOTTE ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating after an elderly woman reported she was drugged and raped at a residential care facility in south Charlotte, according to a police report.

The report says a 78-year-old woman reported to police on December 19 that the incidents occurred between October 24 and December 10 at a care facility on S Piedmont Row Drive.
