The Kannapolis Police Department is looking for three suspects in connection with a deadly shooting on Tuesday.
Police said officers were called to Windy Rush Road and found 26-year-old Angelo Markantonakis dead from gunshot wounds around 11:30 a.m.
KPD said three suspects are wanted. Their descriptions are below, but no photos were provided.
Suspect 1: Black man with brown/orange tinted eyes, standing 5′8″ to 6′ with a black hoodie, black gloves, and a camo “shiesty” mask.
Suspect 2: Six-foot-tall Black man wearing all black.
Suspect 3: Heavyset Black man with light skin, standing 5′8″ to 6′ with a tan shiesty mask, wearing a sweatshirt.
Police said they believe this wasn’t a random shooting, but no further motive was given.
