MONROE, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — The Monroe Police Department needs help identifying three suspects accused of an armed robbery at a grocery store.
Police say on Jan. 3 at around 8:36 p.m., three Hispanic males walked into the La Polanita grocery store on Sunset Lane with firearms. They say two of the suspects robbed the employees while another male waited at the door.
One male was wearing a distinct PacSun ‘Lucky Stars’ hoodie with black and white pants and black Crocs. The second male was wearing all-black clothing with black shoes. The third male was also wearing all-black clothing with black and white Adidas Sambas shoes.
Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the individuals from the photo and/or video or has information related to the case to call the police department at 704-282-4700 or Union County Crime Stoppers at 704-283-5600.
