CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Detectives from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are working to identify the person responsible for attempting to rob a Barnes & Noble in SouthPark. The incident happened on Friday, Jan. 3, shortly before 9 p.m. at the store off Sharon Road in the Morrison Place shopping center.
