CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A woman was indicted on Tuesday after being accused of spitting on and assaulting crew members during an American Airlines flight bound for Charlotte last year.
According to court documents, Nicole Pizzi, 43, was charged by the grand jury on Tuesday, March 18, with four counts of assault by striking, beating, or wounding.
Documents said the assault happened while American Airlines Flight 2255 was in the air from Pittsburgh to Charlotte on June 1, 2024.
