CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Women allegedly involved in several home break-ins in the Charlotte area are believed to be members of an organized Romanian theft group.
Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department were working to identify multiple women who are believed to be responsible for three house thefts in September 2024. The women reportedly broke into homes on Cheval Place and Lansdale Drive in east Charlotte, and another in Matthews.
