CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – With the May deadline for REAL IDs quickly approaching, we decided to see for ourselves what the wait is really like at a North Carolina DMV in the Charlotte area.
WBTV’s Jason Puckett headed to the South Charlotte Driver License Office off Arrowood Road on Wednesday, April 16. What we found was confusion, long delays, and a lot of frustrated people.
