CORNELIUS, N.C. (WBTV) – A resource officer at a Mecklenburg County school was arrested this week after an investigation led to an animal cruelty charge.
The initial investigation began after the Cornelius Police Department got a call about a domestic disturbance involving officer Michael Ruballo on Saturday, April 12.
