CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – The owner of the home that exploded near Charlotte’s Freedom Park earlier in the month was arrested in Chicago, Illinois.
According to arrest records, Michael Edward Barnette was arrested on May 10 and booked into the Cook County Jail. Bond information and charges were not immediately available.
