WBTV-News reports that local investor Shawn Kennedy has signed a contract to buy the landmark property in Charlotte’s Historic West End.
In a recent WBTV news segment, Kennedy, who owns various properties in Charlotte, told reporter Dedrick Russell that if the sale goes through, the building would be torn down because of its advanced state of disrepair.
