CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A statewide testing issue affected students at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools on Wednesday, the district said in a message to families.
The district said the issue began shortly after 9:30 a.m. when the state’s testing platform — NC Education — went down.
