Man accused of shooting off-duty Charlotte officer identified

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – The man accused of shooting an off-duty Charlotte police officer on Sunday morning was identified by police on Tuesday.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department on Tuesday, July 8, identified the man as 20-year-old Demetruis Bristow.
