CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A 46-year-old man has been charged after a 76-year-old man was found dead in a driveway, according to the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, 46-year-old Nathaniel Lee Lynn was taken into custody in Salisbury. He was booked into the Cabarrus County Detention Center without bond for first-degree murder, officials said.

Just before 10 a.m. on Friday, July 25, deputies responded to reports of a dead person in the driveway of a residence at 5656 Emanuel Road in Rockwell. When they arrived, they found 76-year-old Ralph Eudy suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
