Former south Charlotte Party City stores get new life

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — There will be new life in a former south Charlotte Party City.

Following the retail store’s bankruptcy and nationwide closures last year, the empty space at the intersection of South Boulevard and Tyvola Road will be home to a Five Below later this year.

In June, Edwin Watts Golf opened in former Party City on Pineville-Matthews Road.
