Cheraw, Charlotte men accused of conspiring to steal from Rockingham Walmart

ROCKINGHAM — Two out of town men are facing charges in connection to a theft at a Richmond County retailer.

According to warrants, 50-year-old Charles Bender, of Charlotte, and 30-year-old Quantel James McColl, of Cheraw, South Carolina, conspired to steal from the Rockingham Walmart on Aug. 4.
