ROCKINGHAM — Two out of town men are facing charges in connection to a theft at a Richmond County retailer.
According to warrants, 50-year-old Charles Bender, of Charlotte, and 30-year-old Quantel James McColl, of Cheraw, South Carolina, conspired to steal from the Rockingham Walmart on Aug. 4.
Based on the charges, it appears Bender is the only one of the pair accused of stealing more than $1,500 in merchandise: an Xbox gaming console; a steering wheel for a PS5; a Kodak camera; and an iPhone 15…
