Rod Stewart Visits Charlotte “One Last Time”

Even at 80, legendary musician Rod Stewart and still giving fans a performance full of energy. We were excited to catch Rod Stewart on the “One Last Time” tour when it rolled into PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, NC. The tour, which began on March 7th in Austin, TX still has some U.S. tour dates, including a Las Vegas residency before taking the tour overseas. Cheap Trick has been opening up for all dates so far.

Rod Stewart hit the stage with a full band of extremely talented musicians in their own right and pulled off a full 2-hour long set! Rod Stewart himself even had several costume changes through out the set, leaving his band to keep the crowd engaged by playing some of our favorite rock n roll covers. I’m not saying this to say he didn’t perform the whole time, because he actually did! He would only leave the stage a moment then come right back all night. It was amazing to see this much work put into the full experience he wants to give his fans.

Audiences were treated to a very full and highly energetic performance including all of Rod’s biggest hits and also throwing in some incredible covers. I hope it’s not the last time we get to see him in Charlotte, but if it is, we can say it was an amazing experience that you do not want to miss…
