CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One person was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting in east Charlotte on Saturday morning, according to officials.
Authorities said the shooting happened near Central Avenue and Morningside Drive. MEDIC confirmed one person was treated for life-threatening injuries before being taken to Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
