The life of a man came to a tragic end on the streets of Charlotte when 41-year-old Joseph Jackson was struck in a fatal pedestrian crash. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) has confirmed Mr. Jackson’s identity and has notified his next of kin, according to a report released on the CMPD website.
