Charlotte councilmember calls for broader safety strategy after Blue Line stabbing

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte City Councilmember Malcolm Graham is calling for sweeping public safety enhancements across the city following the deadly stabbing of 23-year-old Iryna Zarustka on the LYNX Blue Line earlier this month.
