Felix Alexander Mejia, age 22 ,of Charlotte was convicted in Caldwell County Superior Court on Friday of Second Degree Murder and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. Mejia was sentenced to the North Carolina Department of Correction for 240-300 months for the Second Degree Murder charge and 64-89 months for the Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon charge.
Elisabeth Cano-Puerto Ricci, age 18, of Charlotte was convicted of Accessory After the Fact to First Degree Murder and was sentenced to the North Carolina Department of Correction for 73 to 100 months.
