CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – At least 21 people reported their vehicles were broken into during a concert at the PNC Music Pavilion.
According to police records, Charlotte-Mecklenburg officers responded to almost two dozen reports of cars broken into and items stolen between 7 and 11 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14, during the time Nelly and Ja Rule were performing.
