MATTHEWS, N.C. — A husband was arrested for allegedly shooting his wife during a domestic violence incident in Matthews on Wednesday, Sept. 17, according to Matthews Police Department.
56-year-old Kevin Allen Bullough was charged with strangulation and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury after Matthews police responded to the call.
