CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The victim from the shooting in midtown Charlotte Wednesday night is dead.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say the shooting occurred just before 8 pm. in the 900 block of Metropolitan Avenue, near Target. Officers located a victim with gunshot wounds who was transported to a local hospital, but later died from their injuries.
CMPD is investigating the shooting as a homicide. No suspects have been named at this time,…
