CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Detectives from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are still working to identify the people responsible for breaking into a home in Plaza Midwood and stealing jewelry.
The incident happened in December of 2024. According to police, a group of people broke into a home on Sunday, December 15. The exact address of the home is not being disclosed for safety reasons. The homeowner previously told WBTV that the group stole jewelry from a closet in the house. The homeowner also said they had suspicions that the thieves had been in the home at some point prior to the burglary.
