CHARLOTTE, N.C. — As the federal government shutdown enters its fourth day, travelers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport say operations are still running smoothly, even as concerns grow over how long that will last.
“We were concerned about it, but I haven’t noticed anything,” said Rick Willoughby, who was traveling with his family Saturday. “It’s all just been business as usual for us, at least at this point.”
